it’s fair to conclude that people were better informed back then. I thought the internet age, with its vast amount? of information readily available would have prevented this stuff from happening–corruption. My God, it’s a disgrace how thoughtless people can be. It’s only going to get worse the more we advance by the use of machines.

Deadend0077 says:

Ronnie was controlled opposition from the start anyway, so fuck him. Technically though, it did state in the Constitution that only Congress can coin/print money, so how is it unconstitutional to abolish the Fed?

Here’s something to think about. The US had two private banks prior to the Federal Reserve Act– 1st and 2nd Bank of the US. Both ran for 20 years without being renewed. Compare that to the third run around, (The Federal Reserve.)? It has been going on for 100 years.

Sadly, I think

Deadend0077 says:

either way we look at it, both institutions will have the incentive to defraud the tax payers for their own gain. At least when it’s government run, the people will be more suspicious of criminal behavior and hopefully do something about it, as opposed to being privately run. The reason I think this is because the government will back the private enterprises,? claiming that it’s, “good for the economy and nation.”

Bullshit!

It’s good for them, very bad for us since we foot the bill.

Deadend0077 says:

money necessary to carry on its commerce. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of the civilized governments of the world. The brains and the wealth of all countries will go to North America. That government must be? destroyed, or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe.”

Clearly, the Central Bankers want a stake in the countries finances. Call me crazy, I’d rather have Congress dictate the interest rates and monetary policy over the private banks. Let’s be real here,

Deadend0077 says:

How do you explain Lincoln getting shot over not allowing the private bankers to have any say in the money supply?

The London Times printed this before his assassination:

“If that mischievous financial policy, which had its origin? in the North American Republic, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that Government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off debts and be without a debt.It will have all the money necessary to carry on its commerce. It will have all the

LordOfTimeAndProg says:

Naw, I’ve heard Ron Paul’s rants on the Fed. I think everyone has, and sad to say it, but the Federal Reserve is NOT unconstitutional. It is the Treasury that prints the money and the Fed borrows from the Treasury (97% of which they pay back, but you won’t hear Ron Paul tell you this).
Now, giving Congress the power to audit or do anything to the? Fed is what’s unconstitutional and perpendicular to the Libertarian view. I’d rather have private banks in charge of our interest rates than Congress.

LordOfTimeAndProg says:

The Federal Reserve pays back 97% of the money they borrow from Treasury. You won’t? see Zeitgeist tell you that story, though.

@RetSquid My point is they’re unconstitutional, Thomad Jefferson warned us about? this.

RetSquid says:

The Fed? is not illegal and never has been.

iseeblood5 says:

This isn’t Bush fault, the illegal Federal Reserve took over? in 1913, Obama is just a puppet for these people, he was chosen by them not voted. Ron Paul has been talking about this stuff for so long even running for president to get rid of weed completely, but did anyone listen? no.

RetSquid says:

More small-minded? bigotry.

CallusDnb says:

Who made the music for these videos? Anyone know? Iv been? trying to find out for a while.

boskey10 says:

By controlling the banking? system they’re able to control corporation capital. Through this, they acquired total monopoly of the movie industry, the radio networks and the newly developing television media. The printing industry, newspapers, periodicals and technical journals had already fallen into there hands.
The richest plum was later to come when he took over the publication of all school materials. Through these vehicles the jews could mold public opinion to suit our own purposes.

RetSquid says:

I really hope you’re just a troll, nobody in their right mind should think? like your post.

Ben Ross says:

Now we? know why we need President Obama to be a Life-Time President! He is the only one we can trust to run America!? Congress needs to enact a Bill to enable this to occur! So let it be said, so let it be done!

Ben Ross says:

Bush allow Banks to just take control of America’s Economy!?

RetSquid says:

I? don’t disagree with that.

OperationNavajo says:

And the fed sets the? value of what the market says the dollar is worth. More dollars on the market the less value is in them. But if we didn’t print we would run out of dollars seriously. It’s not like the money we print is setting in a bank with no one claiming it.

RetSquid says:

“To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, ”

Congress has chosen to? “regulate the value thereof” by using the Fed.

OperationNavajo says:

GM employes in the United State 73,000 employees. And there is small business that make the little plastic interior parts, Greating more jobs.Corporations give reason for small businesses to be around.Because they? contract the small work out to other businesses. So there is nothing wrong with corporations. Plus you can invest your money in corporations. And collect stock derivatives. I should add Exxon Mobile last year paid 9 billion dollars in tax. Mybe thats why they go overseas, I would…

boskey10 says:

I dont really think its an opinion my friend, its facts. There is tons of reasons why fellow americans do not have work. But to have a educated guess it has everything to do with the banking system and corporations. You see without one or the other they can not co-exsist. It’s big corporations that cause unemployment big example GM. The? bank bailouts are just bandaids, we have not seen nothing yet. The 80′s and 90′s was lucky because of the computer boom and the Nasdaq. As crazy as it sounds.

OperationNavajo says:

I’m not trying to discredit your opinion.Because everyone has the right to one. But the fact is our economy sucks because we have no jobs for our people. The jobs? we do have don’t pay a nuff to be middle class. The 1920s was a booming time in America the 50s 60s and 70s,Where also we didn’t start to slow down tell the 80s 90s and really the bush years. Because jobs where slowly being sent overseas. And the banks have nothing to do with that.I supported the bankbailout. So we wouldn’t see the 30s

boskey10 says:

Read modern money mechancs and the fractional reserve banking system. It explains? why the Feds are despised so much. Look at the last 100 years, America was once a great country and had a strong economy. Ever snice 1913 the country has been slowly accumulating debt. It has been controlled by the banking system and Corporations. It is still like that today, except time is running out and so is the money borrowing for the deficits.

OperationNavajo says:

Why does the fed print? so much money? Because there’s a shortage. What is the bank to do when they finance homes, boats, cars, RVs to people who can’t pay them off? They have to print to make up for that lost.

OperationNavajo says:

The United States constitution only says congress has the power to coin money, that’s it. People are so fucking stupid end the fed end the fed. Mean while our constitution doesn’t say we can’t have a central bank, Which many countries have a central bank. All the constitution says is congress as the power to coin money. That doesn’t mean they have to. Because the government wasn’t intended to make money. Because who’s the government to say what we and trade with. ?

RetSquid says:

Do? you want Congress to control the money supply? Can you imagine the amount of further damage that they can do?

boskey10 says:

Allan Greenspan:”The Fedreal Reserve is an independent agency, and that means basically that there is no other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take. Does that sound like a democracy or somthing esle”? We do not? even elect these guys and yet they are calling the shots.
